SE-TECH DISPENSER OVERVIEW

Se-Tech Automatic Inline Liquid Dispensers dose water systems with chemicals, minerals and nutrients, minimising or eliminating drenching and reducing  manual labour requirements. Using a dispenser reduces labour costs, decreases worker exposure to chemicals and improves herd health.

All Se-Tech dispensers operate solely on water flow – no power source is required – and are designed and manufactured in our workshop in Hamilton, New Zealand.

Applications include

  • Animal Health / Medication Treatments (e.g. prevention of Facial Eczema, Bloat)

  • Horticulture

  • Hydroponics

  • Viticulture

  • Wash/CIP detergent injection

  • Industrial and Commercial uses

  • Proportional addition/mixing (into water)

Our dispensers dose or add chemicals proportionally, so that whether a trough is being filled from empty, is topping off slowly on a ballcock, or a new section of piping is opened up, the percentage of materials added to the water supply remains the same.

SPECIFICATIONS AND MODELS

Se-Tech dispensers are rated for operational pressures from 10 PSI to 210 PSI (70-1450 kPa), so are suitable for wide ranges of installations from gravity-fed, to hilly or extremely long-run piping systems.

Se-Tech dispensers are currently available in two sizes and two models.

The Series 1-32 dispenser is our base model. In continuous production since 1993, it is suited for installation in a clean water supply dispensing low abrasion materials at flow rates up to 6000 litres per hour.

Available since 2005, the Series 2-32 dispenser (shown here with optional manifold) is our standard model, handling more abrasive materials than the Series 1-32 model. It is suited for farming, horticultural and industrial installations at flow rates up to 6000 litres per hour.

The Series 2-50 dispenser is our largest model, being tolerant of more abrasive materials and suited for installations at flow rates up to 13,000 litres per hour.

Singh’s Engineering have been manufacturing dispensers since the late 1980’s: parts are held and servicing is available for all Se-Tech dispenser models, including models no longer manufactured.
